Business and IT – 8 Things they Hate about Each Other

Business is from Mars — IT is from Venus !!!!

Don’t laugh – it is really true.

Having worked on both sides of the playground – I had to laugh when I watched this slideshow.    It also reminded me that we need to understand each other to work together better.    If only we were aware and understood what each other hated, we might play nicer.    Instead of working as a team, I see a lot of BUSINESS -v- IT and We -v- Them going on.   Each one digging their heals in to get their way as if someone wins by doing that.   Instead, no one wins.

So what’s the answer?
